Combining a passion for music and support, our journey began assisting a number of events with welfare management. Recognising over time the complex needs presenting within welfare space we adapted our approach into offering specialist provisions centring around safeguarding, working with a range of small & large scale events to offer onsite service management and consultancy.
Over a decade of experience supporting the management and development of event welfare and safeguarding services, combined with a life long careers in the health and social care sector, we bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise. We have a conscientious approach to staff selection, training, and development. All of our event professionals are qualified experts within their respective safeguarding related industries.
Experience across the organised event and festival sector, combined with connections across a range of health and social care functions (Substance Misuse, NHS, Social Services, Youth & Community, Education, Police, Domestic Abuse/Violence, etc) has given us access to some of the best safeguarding professionals in the industry.
